• 1/2 c. steel cut oats
• 1.5 c. water
• 1 pinch salt
METHOD
1. In a medium sauce pan heated at medium-high heat, add your oats and toast, stirring very often, until beginning to color and smell fragrant (about 2-3 minutes).
2. Add your water and salt, increase your heat to high, and bring to a boil.
3. Once your pot is boiling, remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let rest in pan overnight!
4. In the morning, follow the same directions you would for your rolled oats.
