This super simple Chia Seed Pudding is the perfect make-ahead breakfast for those busy weekday mornings. It's lovely, delicious, affordable and versatile... and so so easy!

Basic Pudding
 ½ cup plant milk - any plant milk will work!
 2 tbsp chia seeds
*Optional* Additions
 1 tsp liquid sweetener (like maple syrup or agave) - or more/less to taste
 salt to taste
 ¼ tsp cinnamon - or more/less to taste
 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
Suggested Toppings
 fresh seasonal fruit
 granola
 chopped nuts
 seeds
 hemp hearts
 flax

In a glass container with a lid, stir your plant milk, chia seeds and any optional additions together.

Allow to rest for 2 minutes, then re-stir to make sure everything is properly mixed and no large clumps are formed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours (or overnight).

Serve cold with your preferred toppings.
