 Canned Chickpeas, drained & rinsed
 Plain Plant-Based Yogurt or Vegan Mayo
 Salt & Pepper to taste; optional additional seasonings like cumin/coriander/turmeric/garlic & onion powder/dehydrated mushroom/pepper flakes work well
 Fresh Veggies, finely chopped (like onion/carrot/pepper/celery/garlic/scallion/etc…)
 Toasted Bread, gluten-free for those with sensitivities
 Your Preferred Sandwich Spread (like mustard/vegan cheese…)
 Sandwich toppings (like sprouts/greens/tomatoes/onion etc…)

Drain and rinse your chickpeas - add to a good sized bowl.

Toss in your dollop of mayo/yogurt and season with salt, pepper and optional spices.

Using a fork, mash and stir until chunky creamy consistency is reached (add in more mayo/yogurt/seasoning as needed).

Finely your veggies and then add to your mash; stir to combine.
