Although your typical morning cereal gets a bad rap for being loaded with sugars and additives, this beautiful lean morning mix is the polar opposite of your standard Honey Nut O’s. Loaded with all things wholesome, this is the perfect grain(less)ola to sprinkle on your morning yogurt and fruit or to eat straight with your favorite plant milk. I recently learned about this from the ever-talented Eat Clean with Sarah and I’ll be forever grateful!
